Most shopping centres on the coast offer free car parks and a wide range of Spanish and international products. Winter sales are on in January and February. Summer sales start in July and continue until the end of August. The rest of the year there are special promotions now and then.
El Corte Inglés, Puerto Banús
El Corte Inglés is the most well known and exclusive department store in Spain. The one in Puerto Banús has five massive floors with more than 1500 brands and anything you could possibly need. A huge range of fashion, shoes, bags, accessories, cosmetics and perfumes, jewellery, electronics, books, furniture, sportswear and equipment, garden centre and pet store. El Corte Inglés also has a luxurious gourmet supermarket where you can find everything you need, high-quality vegetables and fruits, meat, fish, cheeses and wines. El Corte Inglés is open Monday – Saturday from 10 am to 10 pm.

Parque Comercial La Cañada, Marbella
The shopping centre La Cañada opened in May 1997. The 120.475 m2 shopping area hosts 270 shops and many restaurants. There also is a 3D cinema. It is the place to go if you need to shop for electronics, clothes, shoes and food. The parking is free, both indoors and outdoors. The centre is open from 10 am to 10 pm from Monday to Saturday. In Christmas and summer, it also opens on Sundays and public holidays.

Centro Comercial Miramar, Fuengirola
The shops in this mall in Fuengirola are open from 10 am to 10 pm. The cinema and the restaurants remain open until the last session. The shops are closed on Sundays, except in summer, Easter and Christmas. The shopping centre offers a wide variety of renowned stores and all major brands.

Centro Comercial Puerta Europa, Algeciras
The shops are open from 10 am to 10 pm Monday to Saturday. Restaurants and leisure establishments are open from 10 am to midnight from Sunday to Thursday. Fridays and Saturdays, they close at 1 pm.

Centro Comercial Plaza Mayor, Malaga
Plaza Mayor is a nice experience. It is not only a shopping mall but also a recreation centre. The complex is decorated in Andalusian style, from the facade to the interior. There are plenty of open-air spaces, fountains and outdoor restaurants. There is a huge cinema with 20 screens. Parking is free.
Plaza Mayor is open Sunday to Thursday from 10 am to 1 am. On Fridays and Saturdays, the centre remains open until 3 am. The shops are open on Sundays in summer, the rest of the year they close at 10 pm.
