Song, dance and guitar
with a burning passion
There is no unanimity about the origins of flamenco in Andalusia and in the south of Spain, and there is no shared opinion by all experts about the emergence of this local musical genre. The fact accepted by all flamenco experts is its mestizo character: what we can enjoy today in the tablaos is the result of the mixture of cultures and influences that have existed in southern Spain for centuries.
Flamenco is guitar music, singing and dancing, all with a burning passion.
Flamenco “tablaos” are the best places to see authentic flamenco shows, “Tablaos” are places where the singing, the guitar music, the foot-tapping and the clapping and dancing of the artists come together. These are some places where you can enjoy flamenco shows while staying with us at Quartiers Apartments.
