They began to manufacture a blue wine made from grapes collected from all over the Spanish peninsula and natural pigment from a plant that, when reacting with the anthocyanins present in the peel of the grapes, results in a fluorescent blue wine. Even though not everyone in Spain agrees to call it wine and the law decided that it is not, you might want to try for yourself whether or not it is a wine for the most demanding palates. The price of a bottle varies between 6.5 and 10 euro.
